Cancellation Policy

At ArtFurni, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order and the process for doing so.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artfurni.com or call +1 941-575-8065 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time). We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once your order has entered our processing and fulfillment workflow. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, and once processing has begun, cancellation may not be feasible.

Order Processing Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. If you need to cancel, please contact us before your order enters the processing stage.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you no longer want the items after they have been shipped, you will need to receive the package and then initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that return shipping costs for non-error returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and cancellation request. You can reach us by email at info@artfurni.com or by phone at +1 941-575-8065. Our team will check the status of your order and inform you whether cancellation is possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees paid. Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Additionally, certain custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. If you have questions about whether a specific order can be canceled, please contact our customer service team.

Alternative: Returns

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery following our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that for non-error returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
