At ArtFurni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the terms and conditions below.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your request must be initiated within this 30-day period. Returns requested after this window has closed will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products marked as Final Sale or custom-made items. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer preference (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, ArtFurni will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping expenses.
Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for non-error returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@artfurni.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Return shipping for such items will be covered by ArtFurni.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
