At ArtFurni, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage and terms for defects in materials and workmanship, as well as our policy for handling damaged items upon arrival.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or modifications made by the customer. The warranty period and specific terms may vary by product and will be specified on the product page or included with your purchase documentation.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a DOA issue, please contact us at info@artfurni.com or call +1 941-575-8065 with the following information: your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos showing the issue and any damaged packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect or damage and product availability, we may offer one of the following resolutions: a replacement of the defective or damaged item at no additional cost, a full refund to your original payment method, a partial refund or store credit if you choose to keep the item, or repair instructions or replacement parts if applicable. The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For items covered under this warranty or our DOA policy, ArtFurni will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval of your warranty claim. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for valid warranty or DOA claims.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow product care instructions, normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused by improper assembly or installation, modifications or alterations made to the product, or damage occurring during return shipping if not packaged properly. Additionally, this warranty does not cover products marked as Final Sale or clearance items unless otherwise stated.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps. For DOA claims, remember that you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtFurni LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
